May also require adding a pretreatment product to aid in removal efficiency. * Provide timely and customer-service oriented response to a variety of calls for service * Prepare conference and training rooms for scheduled events by rearranging furniture, setting up partition walls, and ensuring all necessary equipment and materials are in place. * Pick up and deliver documents and packages, between City offices and local vendors. * Provide guidance and recommendations to the Maintenance Supervisor on matters within area of expertise.
