Our busy family-owned business is looking to add additional members to what we call, the “Wash pad Team.” This position offers a variety of possible duties such as thoroughly cleaning new and used inventory when it arrives at our dealership. Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of units on the lot and in the showroom. Immaculately cleaning sold boats and RV's before we deliver them to the new owners. Other duties may include applying protective sealants to boats and RV's, washing customer vehicles, cleaning company loaner cars and the golf carts our sales team use to take customers out on the lot. A few times a year, members of the Wash pad Team may work offsite, setting up and cleaning RV and boat shows at fairgrounds, and event centers.

About the Opportunity:
As a Custodian, you will help ensure the MAC remains clean, safe, and welcoming by performing daily custodial duties throughout the museum, including cleaning restrooms, floors, windows, and public areas. TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT AND SALARY:
As outlined by and in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement (CBA) of Mead Classified Public Employees Association (MCPEA) and Policies and Procedures of Mead School District. The salary range for the position is: Min $21.02 - Max $21.02. New Hires Salary placement will be at step 1 on the appropriate scale for the position unless otherwise noted within the contract.
A typical work year consists of 256 days which includes 13 paid holidays. Each employee shall accumulate twelve (12) days of sick leave per year. An employee employed less than a full work year shall be entitled to a proportionate part of the sick leave allowance. A maximum of three (3) days of annual leave are provided for all employees based on the employee's scheduled employment hours per day to be used for an absence during work hours, or to be accumulated for the purpose of cash out.
Employees anticipated to work more than 630 hours per year will be eligible for Benefits through the School Employees Benefits Board (SEBB) Standard benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and Long-Term Disability. Positions anticipated to work 70 hours or more per month for at least 5 months over a 12-month period are eligible for Retirement through the State Department of Retirement Services.
