Job DescriptionDo you love the look of a clean space? We're looking for an experienced janitor to fill a position on our team. You'll keep our building impeccably clean, vacuum and mop floors, wash windows, empty trash, and perform other maintenance and cleaning duties as needed. If you're looking for work with flexibility and enjoy being a part of a team, we want to hear from you.Compensation:
$12.50 - $14 hourly
Responsibilities:
Ensure the building is clean, safe, and well-maintained
Close and lock building doors for security once cleaning is complete
Replace light bulbs, clean windows, shampoo carpets, and supply restrooms on a regular basis as scheduled
Write reports of areas cleaned and notify the manager of major repairs
Eliminate dangerous hazards and wipe up spills with squeegees or sponges
Qualifications:
Strong working knowledge of cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment
Possesses a strong work ethic and have high attention to detail
Driver's license or reliable transportation to and from the worksite is required
Excellent stamina and physical health
1+ years of experience as a janitor, cleaning crew member, or similar position
