THE CHICAGO CUBS FRANCHISE is a charter member of Major League Baseball's National League. Since 1876, the team has won the National League pennant 17 times and was the first team to win back-to-back World Series titles in the 1907 and 1908 seasons. In 2016, the Chicago Cubs made history again when the team won its first World Series in 108 years, ending the longest championship drought in North American sports. Known for its ivy-covered outfield walls, hand-operated scoreboard and famous Marquee sign, iconic Wrigley Field has been the home of the Chicago Cubs since 1914, making it the second oldest ballpark in Major League Baseball.
HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE:
The Facilities Cleaning Crew plays a vital role in delivering best-in-class fan experiences to guests of Wrigley Field. The ideal candidate will be consistent, energetic, engaging, passionate, personable, proactive, and welcoming. This person will assist with duties that directly relate to cleaning the ballpark before and during events as well as preparing the ballpark for upcoming games and events for the 2026 season.

Interview & Hiring Timeline: interviews with qualified candidates are anticipated to take place at the end of January and then monthly throughout the summer.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Perform general housekeeping functions which consist of cleaning the ballpark seating areas, restrooms, concourses and exterior areas as well as other buildings on our campus.
Prepare restrooms for Cubs games and events by performing detailed cleaning of fixtures such as walls, toilets, urinals, sinks and faucets. Stock all dispensers and ensure that all areas are 'fan-ready'.
Monitor restrooms and concourse areas during events. Patrols an assigned section of the ballpark and ensures that cleanliness is maintained to the highest standards at all time
Participate in the organization's commitment to safety by ensuring that floors are free and clear from slip hazards during Cubs games and events. Use appropriate safety signage and mops floors as required
Empty concourse trash and recycling containers before, during and after Cubs games and events.
Patrol the exterior of the ballpark and maintain appropriate levels of cleanliness by sweeping, emptying trash and recycling containers, cleaning up spills and removing graffiti.
Assist the Grounds Crew with field duties such as tarp deployment or removal of the ballpark infield
Report any unruly or customer related issues to command center
Various other duties as required
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
Must be able to perform the following physical tasks: bend at the waist, squat, kneel, twist, climb flights of stairs, walk on uneven ground, walk up and down ramps, walk and stand for extended periods of time
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds on a regular and continuing basis and lift up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis
Ability to work the minimum number of hours per season (270) including nights, weekends and holidays throughout the year. This averages to be about 45 hours a month. (March through October).
Ability to assist all guests in a warm and positive manner, ensuring their experience at Wrigley Field makes each fan feel that this visit was their best visit.
Ideal candidate will be kind, with an upbeat personality, strong work ethic, punctual and ability to work easily with others.
Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain, and humidity, while maintaining performance and safety standards.
Ability to thrive in a team setting and work under stress.
Ability to effectively resolve conflicts in a professional and cooperative manger.
Comfortable and effective working in high-traffic environments, including large crowds of guests, while maintaining professionalism, situational awareness, and guest service excellence.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
You are at the heart of the hotel! As a Housekeeping Turndown Attendant, you are instrumental in maintaining the hotel for both our internal and external guests and the luxury standards our guests come for! Properly cleaning and maintaining the assigned areas of the hotel
Prepare turndown cart with necessary supplies - linen, cleaning supplies, and all required items.
Execute turndown and service guest rooms according to standard
Attendant should report to Housekeeping to pick up turndown assignment sheet and radio
Report rooms that have a Do Not Disturb sign or that are double locked to the PM Supervisor/PM Manager to be logged
Wash all bathroom fixture, shower walls, floors, and mirrors as needed
Picking up and removing all visible trash and room service items
Report all deficiencies
Report Earth Day, Every Day rooms
Complete special projects as assigned by leader/supervisor
Completing inventory assignments
Complete guest requests and staff request calls.
Actively participate in afternoon briefings
Assist with training of new employees
Providing warm and friendly service for both internal or external guests
Participating in any scheduled training and development programs
Following all safety rules, emergency procedures and fire prevention regulations.
Reporting maintenance items
Returning all lost and found articles to Risk Management
Following all hotel and departmental policies and procedures and service standards
Any other tasks that may be assigned
Physical aspects of the position include but are not limited to the following:

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
You are at the heart of the hotel! As a Housekeeping Public Area Attendant you will maintain the public areas of the hotel for both our internal and external guests and will assist your Room Attendant colleagues by replenishing all Housekeeping supplies on the floors. You are happiest when you are helping others and enjoy working in a job where you are constantly on the move and accomplishing tasks - and it just so happens you'll be doing just that in an award-winning hotel.
PM Shift will be 2:30pm - 11pm
Properly cleaning and maintaining the assigned areas of the hotel
Maintaining cleanliness of Guest Elevator foyer, including elevator doors and tracks, ash urns, windows and plant stands
Maintaining cleanliness of all hallway signage, pictures, light fixtures, fire extinguishers, air vent and walls
Picking up and remove all visible trash and room service items
Vacuuming and edge cleaning hall carpet on each assigned floor
Replenishing all Housekeeping supplies on the guest room floor storage rooms
Completing inventory assignments
Assist in completing guest requests and staff request calls.
Assist in placing linen/supplies in floor closets and clearing the chute.
Providing warm and friendly service for both internal or external guests
Actively participating in morning briefings
Participating in any scheduled training and development programs
Following all safety rules, emergency procedures and fire prevention regulations.
Reporting maintenance items
Returning all lost and found articles to Risk Management
Following all hotel and departmental policies and procedures and service standards
Any other tasks that may be assigned
Physical aspects of the position include but are not limited to the following:
Constant standing and walking throughout the shift
Constant bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling

Responsibilities
As the TeamMember at Protein Bar & Kitchen, you contribute to the daily operations at your store. Your role includes:
Providing the highest possible level of hospitality, quality and value to the customer

At least 16 years of age
Clear and professional demeanor

Essential Physical Functions

Description: Provide the McAlister's Touch to all of our guest through the culinary dining experience. Recipes are to be followed through the tools provided to ensure each guest consistency. Menu items are prepared to the McAlister's product specs. Safety and sanitation standards are to be followed though the state requirements, as well as the Restaurant Operations Evaluation.
Responsibilities:
* Make prep recipes and menu product to McAlister's Spec - Knowledge obtained and verified before completion of training.
* Safely use all equipment in the appropriate manner - NOTE: No one under the age of 18 is allowed to operate the slicer.
* Maintain a clean, safe and organized station and storage area
* Wash dishes and utensils and/or operate the dish machine.
* Provide assistance to all stations as needed to ensure guest speed of service - team work.
* Stock all necessary products on the line as needed.
* Maintain respectful two-way communication between the kitchen and front-of-house staff.
* Perform opening, closing, daily cleaning, and sidework duties as required.
* Show a commitment to cleanliness and safety: Pick-up trash and debris anywhere including bathrooms and outside areas. Report all safety concerns to a member of management immediately.
* Be at work on time, in clean-pressed and fitted uniform per McAlister's Uniform Policy.
Requirements:
* Perform duties which require bending and reaching
* Lift and transport up to 25-pound containers, dish racks, and trash cans.
* Stand and/or walk for up to 8+ hours
* Maintain a well-groomed appearance and follow uniform standards
* Practice all safety and sanitation standards, including (but not limited to) using a step stool to reach items above eye level, safely using all cleaning equipment and chemicals.
* Remain calm in a (sometimes) fast-paced atmosphere
* Demonstrate a high level of organization, attention to detail and sense of urgency.
