The Housekeeper reports directly to the Manager and Maintenance Supervisor. They will also need to exercise sound discretion and good judgment while implementing the policies and procedures for Bell Partners as they relate to the care and upkeep of the community. As a Housekeeper with Bell, you will perform the duties required to maintain the community clubhouse and amenities, as well as clean all vacated units to help prepare them for lease and move-in. You will be responsible for cleaning all common areas to include the fitness facility, all bathrooms, laundry facilities, business center, offices, clubhouse, and vacated apartments as needed.
