Full-time Description Department: Maintenance Reports To: Director of Maintenance Status: Non-exempt Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents and staff by performing cleaning duties assigned to apartments, interior and exterior common areas and amenities. DEFINITION: The maintenance porter cleans and maintains the restrooms and teacher lounge bathrooms and kitchen areas in the school and assists school personnel with work requests.
