Effectively cleans and maintains the campground guest rooms on a daily basis.
Supervises, directs, counsels, disciplines associates in the work location. Completes required documentation.
Works with chemicals in accordance with all safety guidelines listed on the safety data sheets (SDS). Uses cleaning equipment in accordance with the departmental safety guidelines. Utilizes personal protective equipment (PPE) as necessary
Ensures that all assigned areas, which may include: hallways, pool area, video room, banquet spaces, stairways, public bathrooms, public areas, lobby area, elevators, elevator landings, linen closets, hallways, vending machines, and outdoor walkways are cleaned daily in accordance to Carowinds standards.
Cleans and maintains all areas of a guest-room including making beds, cleaning bathroom fixtures, removing dirty linen, replacing all used guest amenities, dusting, vacuuming, emptying trash, mopping floors, etc. Responsible for completing guest-room task assignment daily, responding to guest requests and inquiries, reporting maintenance issues, collecting and labeling lost and found items, and responding to the requests of team leaders. Completes deep clean (as assigned).

Job Responsibilities
Essential Job Duties
Responsible for reporting on condition of equipment in assigned area.
Manages tools and supplies needed for assigned area of responsibility.
Must be comfortable with answering calls on two way radios when completing tasks.
Sets up and break down of tables, chairs and building stages.
Duties to include setting up and tearing down flooring, portable chairs, barricades, staging, tables and other furnishings and equipment.
Maintains the facility, performing general routine cleaning and maintenance that includes but not limited to sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming; empties trash and garbage containers.
Identifies process improvements and implements those changes in an effective manner.
Monitors work procedures of to ensure safe procedures are being carried out at all times.
Report and document incidents or injuries per CRVA standard procedures.
Reports major equipment malfunctions and environmental hazards to management.
Communicates daily with management and team via two-way radio throughout scheduled work time.
Provides excellent customer service to our clients at all times.
Complies with all CRVA and Spectrum Center policies and procedures.
Maintains professional attire, image and demeanor at all times.
Must be able to work during Event shift hours 2nd & 3rd shift: ranging from 2pm to 11:30pm and/or 10pm to 7am; include evenings, weekends and holidays.
Reliable transportation is a must.

May perform other duties as required.

The Air Duct Cleaning Technician position is a hands-on technical position geared for an individual who has a technical mindset. Ideal candidates will have HVAC knowledge and demonstrate the ability to learn new technical methods and techniques. Responsibilities:
Clean and restore ductwork and HVAC components, dryer vents, and condenser coils
Install dryer vent items, UV-C components, and flexible duct work
Apply anti-microbial coatings
Manage customer relations and assure quality customer service
Presents knowledge and trustworthiness to the customer
Inspect own work at customer locations and ensure that it is complete, thorough, and meets DUCTZ quality standards, and meets or exceeds customer expectations

2. Performs the installation, maintenance, cleaning, repair and/or replacement of system components such as water mains and accessories, service lines, backflow devices, pipe, fire hydrants and hydrant extensions, new service taps, manholes, meter boxes, meters and appurtenances, air/vacuum valves, etc.
3. Exercises valves within the distribution system to help ensure their proper operation; performs minor maintenance including valve box clean-out, changing out operating nuts, adjusting valve box/manhole grade, etc.
4. Performs above-ground physicals on collection system rights-of-way and larger diameter water lines, verifying proper operation of air/vacuum valves, location of manholes, valve boxes, blow-off, etc., and does minor repairs as needed.
5. Flushes and/or monitors hydrants as part of the flushing program or as a response to customer complaints. Makes minor repairs to hydrants, such as painting, replacing caps, etc.
6. Cleans collection system lines as part of the preventive maintenance program and in response to stoppages, using combination truck or other approved methods.
7. Installs flow monitoring equipment to identify potential infiltration and inflow sources.
8. Performs CCTV of collection system lines due to emergencies or as preventive maintenance.
9. May perform the maintenance and repair of streets, sidewalks and curb sections, excavated areas, etc.
10. Loads and unloads materials for transport to and from the shop and job sites; relocates traffic plates and other materials/equipment to and from the shop and job sites as required.
11. Operates and maintains various types of equipment and tools, which may include a wacker tamp, service truck, tractors, trencher, asphalt roller, loader, jet rodder, cement mixer, air compressors, boring machine, pumps, jack hammer, tapping machine, pipe cutters, metal detector, pipe locator, pressure gauges, hammerhead moles, leak detectors, jet truck, meter cut-off tools, various cleaning apparatus, diagnostic tools, carpentry tools, plumbing tools, mechanic's tools, various other hand and power tools, etc.
12. Controls traffic at job site as needed.
13. Performs backfilling, grading and excavation as necessary.
14. Digs holes and trenches as needed.
15. May locate water mains, service and utility lines, valves, etc., as required.
16. Verifies existing utility conflicts by post holing.
17. Observes collection/distribution system infrastructure for leaks, sanitary sewer overflows and other problems.
18. May form, pour and finish concrete and apply asphalt as needed.
19. May perform minor carpentry and painting work as needed.
20. May read water meters.
21. Observes prescribed safety rules in the performance of activities and uses safety gear as required.
