The Seasonal Team Member (TM) role supports all operational, front-end, freight, and merchandising processes and helps maintain an active selling culture by ensuring that all processes are held to documented company standards designed to drive sales. The TM's responsibilities require enthusiasm for vigorous lifting, carrying, moving around the warehouse-format store, and stocking. Note: This is a seasonal/temporary position designed to provide extra support to our stores during peak season. The TM actively impacts and participates in the areas of customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, and loss prevention so the store will operate effectively and profitably.
