Manage waste disposal of food and beverages properly to prevent leakage, contamination, and injury. Keep storage and supply areas well-organized, clean, and free from hazards. Replenish cleaning and restroom supplies as needed. Quality Assurance: Perform regular walkthroughs of the property and spot clean.
