Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced TeamMember to join our ranc's fam! Weekday afternoon/evening (shifts vary between 1pm-10pm) and occasional weekend help is needed.
Teammembers are the face of Ranc's and play an integral role in our customers experience. You will build rapport with customers, answer questions about the menu, take orders, and serve ice cream and drinks. The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and has fantastic attention to detail. Year round help is preferred, we do not hire only for the summer.

Responsibilities:
Take food and beverage orders from customers
Answer questions about the menu and preparation
Provide accurate response for customer inquiries
Create custom ice cream cakes
Enter orders into the POS system with accuracy and efficiency
Bus tables and wipe down surfaces
Maintain a clean work environment
Work with fellow teammembers to ensure side tasks are being completed for the shift
Qualifications:
Must be 18 or older to be considered for the position
Previous experience as a server is preferred
Friendly and outgoing personality
Excellent communication skills
Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 25lbs
Familiarity with food safety guidelines
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
