Job Qualifications Education and Certifications * High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education, training, or military experience. * Valid driver's license, CDL Class preferred. Work Experience * Minimum one year of related work experience (e.g., light/medium construction, work in a delivery-type role) Skills * Climbing structures (up to100 feet or higher) is required. * Capable of utilizing mobile platforms to perform day-to-day tracking of work tasks, reporting issues, taking photographs, completing forms, and inputting hours worked. * Competent in Microsoft Outlook mail. * Is highly disciplined with ability to follow instructions, both written and verbal * Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision. Essential Duties: ► Maintain Clear and Consistent Communication relating to the current status, performance and needs of your assigned location with RED-Rochester team supervisor, maintenance planner and operations staff.
