-Clean and organize shop, warehouse, and yard.
-Material Pickup and drop off with trailer to construction sites.
-Load & unload equipment on trailers including mini excavators.
-Assist field crews with material and equipment delivery.
-Truck maintenance including inspections & oil changes.
- Maintain Facilities (i.e Trash, Weed Control, Snow Removal).
-Work with asphalt, concrete, and dirt. (Loading, Hauling, Removing).
-Fix equipment, tools, and assist on bigger projects.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid Driver's License
-Must be authorized to work in the United States
-Must be 21 or older.
-Must be able to occasionally lift over 50lbs.
-Must have experience towing trailers with pickup truck.
-Forklift experience REQUIRED.
-Must be able to work in all weather.
-Must have knowledge and know proper use of hand & power tools.
-EXPERIENCE WITH TRUCK MAINTENANCE & MECHANICAL APTITUDE A PLUS!

Operate a variety of hand and power tools.

Perform work following established and TrueNet mandated Safety and Health guidelines.
Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively with little to no supervision.

2+ years of experience with directional drilling is required.

Install, dress, and pull fiber optic cables. Indoors, outdoors, install conduit/j-hook paths.
Prep multiple outdoor and indoor fiber optic cables. Armored, unarmored, flat, and mini flex. Loose tube, tight buffer, and ribbon.
Install and re-enter a variety of splice enclosures and demarcation points. Commscope(Tyco), Coyote, Amphenol, Multilink, Corning, Aria.
Fusion splicing single mode and multimode fiber utilizing multiple machines and methods. AFL/Fuji, Sumitomo, loose tube, ribbon, Pigtails, SOCs.
Must be able to mid-sheath different cables. Armored, self support, flat.
Understand multiplexing, equipment type involved, and its uses. CWDM, DWDM, filters.
Test, certify, and understand reports. Power meter and loss budgets. OTDR proficiency is a must!
Drive and operate a bucket truck safely. Understand aerial lashing/straps to take down and replace enclosures.
Submit daily production reports with accurate descriptions, footages, markups, and as builts.
Communicate professionally with co-workers and customers. May be required to explain processes in technical terms and train other employees.
Lift and pull up to 90lbs.
Pole climbing experience is a plus.
Valid Drivers License - CDL is a plus.
Criminal Background and Drug Screening.
Work indoors and outdoors in extreme temperatures and conditions.
Must be able to work at heights of up to 40 feet on poles and buildings.
Must be able to operate and be responsible for computers and test equipment.
Must be willing to work extended hours, nights, and outside of the reno area.
