Ken is the President and CFO of CLEAR. Along with Co-Founder, Caryn Seidman-Becker, Ken relaunched CLEAR in 2010. Ken oversees finance, operations, and technology. Prior to CLEAR, Ken was a founding partner of Arience Capital. In building Arience over a seven-year period, heavy emphasis was placed on its unique research process, culture and team. Ken received his BA in Economics from Bowdoin College.

Annabel Walsh is a Director Of Scheduling at Office of Governor Andrew M. Cuomo and Chief Of Staff at Clear and is based in New, York. She has worked as New York State Training Director; New York State Ohio Export Captain at Obama for America, Editorial Intern at DuJour Media, and Public Relations Intern at Helmut Lang. Annabel attended NEW YORK UNIVERSITY between 2009 and 2013 and Groton School.

David Cohen is a Shareholder at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck and Chief Administrative Officer at Clear and is based in Washington d.c. Metro Area. He has worked as Chief of Staff at U.S. Customs And Border Protection (CBP), Deputy Director for Policy and Government Affairs at American Israel Public Affairs Committee Aipac, and Deputy National Political Director at American Israel Public Affairs Committee Aipac. David studied at The George Washington University Law School and Cornell University.

Matt has been CLEAR's General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer since July 2012. Matt is responsible for CLEAR's legal affairs and privacy matters. Prior to CLEAR Matt spent eight years at Dealertrack Technologies, a provider of software and data solutions in the automotive industry, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and intellectual property transactions, and was part of the team that took Dealertrack public. Prior to Dealertrack Matt spent five years in private practice at the international law firm LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene and MacRae, LLP. Matt received a BA from the University of Michigan and a JD from the University of Chicago Law School.

Michael Antico is a CISO/CSO at Clear and is based in City Metropolitan Area, New York City, New York. He has worked as Chief Information Security Officer at BNP PARIBAS; Chief Information Security Officer at Santander Bank; and Global Head of Information Security Risk & Operations, Engineering at Lehman Brothers. Michael studied at Seton Hall University between 1993 and 1997.
