Job Title: Project Manager
Clear Creek Systems, Inc. is an industry leader in water treatment that specializes in the equipment and filtration of dewatering water, storm water, contaminated groundwater, industrial process water, and flushing. CCS is a pioneer in onsite water treatment services and has been surpassing client expectations for over 20 years.
We are currently seeking qualified individuals to join our Pacific Northwest operations team. We are looking for self-motivated candidates with a solid work ethic, attention to detail, technological savvy, and innovative problem solver. The positions require candidates who can work well as part of a team, stay on task while working alone, and able to learn the technical aspects and applications of our technologies and service offerings.
Successful candidates will have a project/construction management background with a mechanical aptitude to combine with experience and expertise in the following:
Water treatment (filtration).
Microsoft Business Suite.
CAD or 3D drawing software.
Industrial Systems Maintenance.
Writing- Business Memos and project submittals.
Industrial and/or Construction OSHA requirements.
Root cause analysis and process improvement.
Process and Flow Design with ability to interpret P&IDs.
Job Requirements:
BS/BA or equivalent in project/construction management or 3 years' experience serving as a Project Manager.
Candidates must be able to communicate with clients (both written and verbal).
Management and Organizational skills.
Employment may require travel, weekend shifts, and night shifts.
The ability to travel up to 25%.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans, conferring with Sales Team, Assembly & Fabrication Team, and Management.
Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases, producing a project schedule, synchronizing adjacent project requirements, and assigning resources.
Oversee project procurement while comparing vendor bids and insuring vendor specifications meet the designed build.
Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities and resources. Identifying plausible friction points and resolving issues.
Controls project plan and cost while ensuring quality and specifications.
Coordinates and Controls key stake holders.
Prepares project submittals; communicating design and specifications, summarizing project status; responding to request for information, and submitting requests for information.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications and reviewing best practices.
Ensures client jobsite requirements and OSHA requirements are met.
Contributes to the team by accomplishing tasks and obtaining desired results as needed.
Responsible for the transition between the project completion and closeout phase to the Operations and Maintenance steady state.
Assists in developing and updating O&M Manuals, proposals, and forms.
Aids in T&M modifications to existing Industrial Sites and Long-Term Maintenance Plans.
Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending system improvements.
Salary Range: $90,000 to $120,000 per year depending on experience.

What Your Day‑To‑Day Will Involve
Hire, lead, and develop a high‑performing team of Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists thus delivering on financial commitment and meeting or exceeding Regional Quota
Develop team members through routine field coaching, case observations, and quarterly performance touchpoints (“rep every quarter”)
Translate national strategy into regional execution plans focused on procedural volume, program maturity, and account retention
Build and maintain relationships with respective KOLs, hospital, and IDN leadership to expand program adoption and satisfaction
Partner cross‑functionally with Capital Sales, Strategic Accounts, and Launch leadership to define joint strategies that ensure seamless transition from installation to sustained utilization and growth
Oversee surgeon onboarding/pathway and training cadence in partnership with GLD and physician training teams
Analyze regional performance metrics and utilization data to identify gaps, optimize efficiency, and drive growth
Drive business planning with Territory Managers and participate in business reviews alongside Senior Territory Managers
Ensure regulatory and administrative compliance, manage budgets, and support organizational goals
