The Palliative Consultant will assist with the implementation and provision of palliative care services and program development. Supports personnel and operational activities related to day to day business affairs of agency-based palliative care offices. Communicates closely with internal and external medical providers overseeing the medical components of palliative care as well as with local hospice management teams, regional, and corporate teams.
