Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications and Essential Functions:
High school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
A minimum of one year of previous contact center selling experience.
Internet Speed - 200Mbps or faster with a direct connection to modem (Wi-Fi Prohibited).
Other Equipment/Utility capabilities- Workstation space and nearby electrical outlet/s able to accommodate computer (laptop) and 2 independent monitors (computer equipment/monitors will be provided).
Must live in North Carolina.

DUTIES
Facilitation: creates, leads, and administers the weekly facilitation of customized onboarding materials in support of Technician Orientation (in-person and virtual) that welcomes, values, and empowers each new team member with the skills, knowledge, and resources to get up-to-speed quickly, maximize engagement, and increase team member retention
Ambassadorship: serves as the local subject matter expert for new team members to promote a healthy culture, answer questions, and provide support on internal tools, resources, and applications

Professional Development: stays updated on facilitation trends and instructional design best practices through professional development activities such as workshops, conferences, webinars, and online courses. Networks with other professionals in the field to share knowledge and expertise
Collaboration and Communication: Collaborates with subject matter experts, Learning and Performance Solutions team members, and other stakeholders to design and deliver effective learning experiences. Communicates timelines, milestones, and updates to stakeholders and actively seeks feedback to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and learner needs

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of three years of facilitation and instructional design experience with proficiency in Adobe (InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom), Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), OneDrive, Vyond, Articulate (Rise, Storyline), Canva, SmartSheet, Collosyan
Bachelor's degree in Organizational Training and Development, Educational Technology, Instructional Design (ID), Business Administration, or related fields preferred
Diverse portfolio of accomplishments using learning technologies; including instructor-led, web-based delivery, and personal devices (iPhone, iPad, tablet, laptop). Candidates will be expected to provide a portfolio of their instructional design work
Experience in the creation and maintenance of learning objects in a learning management system (LMS)
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in varying stages of implementation while adhering to timelines, strict quality standards, and a strong attention to detail
Must have experience creating and owning a full start-to-finish training program

DUTIES:
Preventative maintenance (“PM”): change oil, fuel filter, transmission flush and inspection of vehicle for mechanical deficiencies. Perform light repairs as required DOT Inspections and follow up repairs on light and medium vehicles in a mobile/field environment
Perform minor adjustments and repairs on various types of truck equipment including, but not limited to the following: Electrical/Brake/Cooling Systems, Starters/Alternators, Fan clutches, Engine electronics, Steering systems, Engines, Transmissions (manual and automatic), Clutches, Differentials, etc.
Diagnose, adjust, repair various types of truck equipment including, but not limited to the following: Electrical/Brake/Cooling Systems, Starters/Alternators, Air conditioning systems, Fan clutches, Engine electronics, Engines, Transmissions (manual and automatic), Clutches, Differentials, etc.

Document according to company standards including an account of work performed, parts used, and all findings observed.
Accurately complete DOT forms and all other forms of documentation in timely fashion.
Work with a high degree of independence and manage own daily schedule.
Maintain a high level of productivity and be able to work within or close to most Standard Repair Times.
Obtain parts from approved local and national vendors as necessary for the repairs to be performed.
Communicate with management and support team via email or phone to obtain approvals on repair estimates, retrieve purchase order numbers and/or discuss RO findings notes.
Perform all work in compliance with organizational safety, health and environmental policies, and federal regulations, to include OSHA, EPA, and DOT.
Maintain company issued service trucks, conducted safety checks and daily pre/post trip inspections.
Support Mobile Light/Medium Technicians I, II, & Sr. in inventory reconciliation.
Mentor Mobile Light/Medium Technicians I, II & Sr. on best practices and techniques to stay within or close to most Standard Repair Times.
Assist Fleet Operations manager with Quality Control Inspections on work performed by other Mobile Light/Medium Technicians
REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma/GED and 7 years' experience. The right candidate could also have a
different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and 5 years' experience; or 9 years' experience in a related field
Possess and supply a set of hand tools necessary to perform required job duties.
This position follows regulations issued by the Department of Transportation's (DOT) Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA). Candidate must be able to successfully complete and pass a DOT-regulated pre-employment background screening and DOT physical prior to employment.
A current and valid DOT medical card with more than four (4) months remaining until its expiration may be submitted in leu of a DOT physical. If the DOT medical card has four (4) months or less of validity remaining, a DOT physical will be required.
Due to interstate operating authority commerce regulations, candidates must be at least 21 years or older.
Safe drivers needed; valid driver's license required. Candidate must hold a valid state-of-residence driver's license, be able to obtain and maintain their Driver Qualification File.

DUTIES
Remove old parts from inside the shop and discard them into proper dumpsters for recycling.
Assist with deliveries; unloading and distributing supplies or equipment as needed.
Wash and detail trucks, trailers and other customer vehicles after repairs performed and prep them for delivery.
Drive CDL Drivers to/from customers locations to pick up or drop off vehicles to be repaired.
Assist technician with oversized parts and sheet metal installation.
Maintain and clean all shops and office areas. Empty trash and garbage containers
Willingness to learn various tasks and do other non-routine duties as part of a successful vehicle maintenance shop operation.
Support ad-hoc projects related to the DFS priorities and initiatives.
Someone who could be a buildings and grounds type person.
Continually cleaning inside and out. Inside the shop and warehouse areas, plus the retail parts store.
When not working on the building, we could utilize them as a helper inside the warehouse or the shop.
QUALIFICATIONS
High Schol Diploma or up to two years of experience in a related field.
Safe drivers needed; valid driver's license required.
Positive attitude, good instincts, and self-motivation
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and apply initiative.
Common knowledge of the trucking industry; experience with fleet maintenance or other transportation experience in automotive/trucking would be very helpful.
Bilingual in Spanish preferred

Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepare repair orders (RO) by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required based on what technicians submit, entering RO into service database system.
Verify technicians have selected correct VMRS code related to repairs made and billing hours are in-line with standard repair times.
Prepare actual invoice off created RO by applying customer specific rates and mark-ups.
Improve RO quality by identifying weak points (e.g., the story, missing information, incorrect information), edit ROs such that customer disputes are eliminated while CAMFS invoices full amount for service provided.
Reach out to technicians and Mobile Technician Leaders on repairs and required information to process invoices.
Create vehicle repair service estimates based on complied information from Mobile Technicians and Customers.
Communicate with customers via email, fax, or phone to retrieve purchase order approvals and/or discuss billing issues.
Gather necessary paperwork and upload into system for records.
Requirements

Job Description
The SEO Specialist II is responsible for delivering Dealer.com's Premium level of Search Engine Optimization services to help achieve subscribers' goals. This includes analyzing website performance data (traffic, rankings, etc.), evaluating clients' websites, and determining actions to improve site performance. Monthly collaboration on strategy with clients and internal stakeholders like the SEO Copywriters, Performance Managers, Campaign Coordinators, and Social Coordinators is involved. KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:
Communicate with clients via monthly calls to review website performance, on- and off-site optimizations and work completed, and proactive ongoing organic strategy. Utilizing Dealer.com's analytics platform, analyze and evaluate website performance including, but not limited to, organic visits, visitors, form submissions, conversion rate, bounce rate, and visibility (keyword ranking data) to determine level of client performance and identify areas of opportunities.
Consolidates and synthesizes customer data and organic website performance, and presents information in client-facing reports that articulates the value of the Premium SEO program. Reports include key performance metrics, impact of previous SEO strategies, site challenges and solutions, opportunities, content strategy, and work completed with context.
Utilize 3rd party tools like Copyscape, Majestic SEO, SEM Rush, Google Search Console, Google Trends, and Moz Pro to assist with identifying potential site opportunities.
Troubleshoot negative trends in key performance indicators and search engine visibility. With assistance, determine cause of trend and take corrective action.
Continually increase SEO knowledge by attending SEO team knowledge share sessions, office hours, and other continuing education opportunities organized. Proactively identify and address implications of algorithm and search results page changes to clients as needed.
Provides advice, mentoring and training for newer SEO team members.

REQUIREMENTS:

The Majors CSM will spend the majority of time in the field partnering with current clients providing ongoing analytics, consultation, and support in order to maximize the client's return on investment from core digital media and software products and coordinating Cox Automotive expertise related to specific digital media products or software as needed. With a primary focus on service and consultation, the Majors CSM will also work with internal partners such as Majors CSM Directors, Client Partners, and the Strategic Account Team to identify potential opportunities for revenue growth and to execute a defined account strategy.
This person would be managing the Northern and Central California market and Northern Nevada and Utah. Candidates must live in this region to be considered for the role.

Build and grow long-term, trusting relationships with a range of contacts both at assigned dealerships, including the highest level in each rooftop (e.g., General Manager),

Adhere to custom rules of engagement within each Dealer Group profile (service and/or sales oriented, product-specific, consultation debriefs, etc.)
Train customers to use core Cox Automotive Media and Software products (Autotrader and Kelley Blue Book); involve other business unit specialists for advanced product training (Software) when needed.
Compile and share relevant reports or documentation related to the customers' business and performance of Cox Automotive products as it relates to their business for the benefit of customers and sales and business development leadership.
Prepare client locations to implement corporate-level product purchases.
Serve as a first point-of-contact for dealer issues; diagnose and resolve customer concerns and technical issues in a timely manner.
Contribute to strategic account planning, identifying opportunities and risks for each account.
Effectively manage the progress and results of clients assigned and work with sales leadership to contribute and manage actions according to account strategy.
Minimize churn on new and existing products while maintaining media solutions across assigned Dealer Group(s).
Within any established parameters, determine the right frequency to meet with all assigned clients based on account plan(s), each client's individual needs, as well as prioritization across all clients.
Collaborate with team members, customer support, and other internal partners to solve customer problems and continuously improve.
Continuously learn and incorporate new and changing product offerings.
Identify the need for product workshops or in-store training to ensure product optimization; coordinate such events and ensure customer attendance.

Travel is required 100% of the time. This position will service multiple customers in your area and around the state, depending on customer concentration.

Accurately complete DOT forms and all other forms of documentation in a timely fashion, as applicable.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Assist in cleanup at the end of each day for tools, parts, and equipment.
Apply knowledge that is acquired through formal training or on-the-job experience to perform one's job; works with, understands, and evaluates technical information related to the job.
Work with support team to assess customer needs, provide information or assistance, resolving their problems, or satisfying their expectations.
