Ross Moser was named Chief Executive Officer in March of 2021. Prior to Clearbit, Ross spent 10 years at SurveyMonkey in a variety of leadership roles, helping establish categories in product-led growth and enterprise feedback. He most recently served as GM of SurveyMonkey's Surveys business, following time as Chief Product Officer, and head of Customer Success & Operations. Before SurveyMonkey, Ross led Product and Operational teams at Google.

Harlow began his career as a QA Engineer; while testing and writing technical specs for web applications he realized he also loved the process of building them. After getting his BS in Computer Science from UCSB his focus shifted from testing to developing.Â





Harlow is currently a Ruby on Rails developer at thoughtbot (creators of Paperclip, Factory Girl, Shoulda, Airbrake, and more). Since joining thoughtbot he's been embracing his new-found TDD lifestyle. He's co-author of 'Ruby Science,' and enjoys writing technical articles focused on sharing development techniques throughout the community.

Andrew O Neal is a CPO, Co-founder at Clearbit and is based in San Francisco, California. He has worked as Co-founder, Product at SolidWize; MP Lit at The Gersh Agency; and Founder at FilmBundle. Andrew attended UCLA and ICU Tokyo, Japan.

Robin Spencer is a Mentor at First Round Capital and Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Clearbit and is based in San Francisco, California. She has worked as Strategy & Operations, Google.org at GOOGLE INC.; Change Management Consultant at Accenture plc; and Business Strategy Analyst at Accenture plc. Robin studied at University of Geneva, Wright, and Smith&Associates between 2008 and 2012.

Prior to Clearbit, Derek served as CFO at Quantivate, a SaaS GRC provider to US financial institutions, and VP of Finance at Payscale - where he was instrumental in growing annual revenues 5x to over $100 million and guiding several successful company acquisitions.
