Experience, Educational and Technical Qualifications Our Maintenance Manager must have a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment and a 4 year technical degree and/or equivalent military experience. He/she must have the ability to provide technical guidance through past experience and industry knowledge.
