Mr. Meyercord serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Extreme. He joined our Board of Directors as an independent director in October 2009 and has served as Chairman since March 2011. Prior to assuming an operating role at Extreme, Mr. Meyercord was Chief Executive Officer and Director at Critical Alert Systems, LLC, a software-driven, healthcare information technology company, that he co-founded in July of 2010. Previously, Mr. Meyercord served as CEO, President and Director of both Cavalier Telephone & TV, a privately held voice, video and data services company with an extensive fiber network; and Talk America, Inc., a publicly traded company that provided phone and internet services to consumers and small businesses throughout the U.S. Mr. Meyercord was also a Vice President in the investment banking division of Salomon Brothers (now Citigroup). He previously served on the board of Tollgrade Communications, Inc.

Mr. Locoh-Donou has nearly two decades of enterprise technology experience, building a wide range of product teams, and operations around the world. He is well known for his ability to envision where industries are going and inspire organizations to identify and execute on future growth opportunities - especially in the areas of cloud, software, analytics, and security. In April 2017, Mr. Locoh-Donou was hired as the President and Chief Executive Officer of F5 Networks, where he has refocused the company on Applications Services Software (including Security) for Multi-Cloud environments. He is also the only management member of the F5 Board of Directors. Prior to joining F5, Mr. Locoh-Donou held successive leadership positions at Ciena Corporation (from 2002 to March 2017), a network strategy and technology company, including Chief Operating Officer; Senior Vice President, Global Products Group; Vice President and General Manager, EMEA; Vice President International Sales; and Vice President and Marketing. Prior to joining Ciena, Mr. Locoh-Donou held research and development roles with Photonetics, a French opto-electronics company. Mr. Locoh-Donou is also the co-founder and Chairman of Cajou Espoir, a cashew-processing facility that employs several hundred people in rural Togo, 80 percent of whom are women.

Ken Xie is an American billionaire businessman who founded Systems Integration Solutions (SIS), NetScreen, and Fortinet. He is CEO of Fortinet, a cybersecurity firm based in Silicon Valley. Xie was previously the CEO of NetScreen, which was acquired by Juniper Networks for $4 billion in 2004. He built the first ASIC-based firewall/VPN appliance in 1996.

She is on the Board of Rockwell Automation (NYSE: ROK) and is an investor and advisor to FINTECH start-ups. Pam has 25+ years’ experience spanning finance, field sales, revenue management, cloud product development & architecture, professional services, industry specialization (e.g. Healthcare, Discrete & Process Manufacturing, Services Industries, Hospitality, Public Sector), company turnarounds, setting new high-growth strategy, M&A, business development plus deep operational experience in running global organizations. Public and private company experience. Extensive international experience having held a variety of roles in Europe, Middle East, North America, Australia and New Zealand.

Kris Hagerman joined Sophos in 2012 as CEO. He is responsible for all aspects of Sophos’ strategic direction and business operations. Prior to Sophos, Kris was CEO of Corel Corporation. Previously, Kris served as group president, data center management at Symantec, where he led a business of more than $1.5 billion that represented nearly 30 percent of Symantec’s global revenue. Prior to Symantec, Kris was executive vice president and GM, storage and server management at Veritas Software where during his tenure, the company grew from $1.0 billion in revenue to more than $2.0 billion, prior to its acquisition by Symantec. Earlier in his career, Kris was founder and CEO of BigBook, an online yellow pages service and founder and CEO of Affinia, an online contextual advertising network. Kris also held positions at Silicon Graphics and McKinsey & Company.

Before becoming CEO, Eva served as executive vice president from 1988-1996 and CTO from 1996-2004. Under her direction, Trend Micro has produced a chronology of industry firsts, from unique products to security management approaches. As a result of her innovative leadership, she was appointed CEO in late 2004.

David Caplan is Chairman of the Board of Objectivity, a software company, and oversees the long-term direction of the company. He previously served as President, CEO and Chairman of Objectivity. Before joining Objectivity, David served as an independent management consultant and interim CEO for startup companies including Legato Systems, Resonex and Photon Dynamics. Prior to that, he was President and CEO of Tolerant Systems, the predecessor company to Veritas Software Corporation. In addition, David was a General Partner of Adler and Company, a venture capital firm, from 1984 to 1986. Previous experience included development of computer software and hardware. David holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in mathematics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an M.S. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, and an EJD from the Concord Law School.
