He previously served as General Counsel to PECI and to Rogue Ales & Spirits. In private practice, Joe focused on commercial transactions, M&A, and corporate law at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP. For several years, Joe advised Mercy Corp pro bono on international business transactions. Outside of CLEAResult, Joe volunteers as an adoption advocate and provides pro bono legal services to nonprofit organizations. Prior to his legal career, Joe lived in France, played music for a living and served in the US Army. Joe attended Georgetown University Law Center, received his JD from The University of Richmond, and his BA from Saint Leo University, Magna Cum Laude.
