Maintain current knowledge of Underwriters Laboratories and NEC codes, applying this knowledge to product design, as required. Obtain electrical control component prices; select appropriate components in light of product specifications, component price, and component performance. Contact customers, sales representatives, and vendors for required information relating to product design.
