The IFC Legal Department (CLED) is overseen by two Deputy General Counsels (DGCs) who report to the Vice President & General Counsel. CLED provides legal and policy advice to the IFC Board, its Management, and client departments on legal and policy issues related to operations, advisory services, and corporate matters. CLED supports client departments in executing IFC's annual financing program for private sector projects in emerging markets, managing project portfolios, designing structured finance products, and advising on corporate policies.
The Legal Department (CLED) is looking for a Team/Program Assistant who will be able to provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to members of her/his legal team. CLED is responsible for providing legal services to the entire Corporation, both on investment transactions and on policy matters. Under the general supervision of the CLED ACS Coordinator, the selected candidate will be assigned to several lawyers and legal assistants.
Role and Responsibilities:
The various duties related to the work of the department include, but are not limited to the following:
• Draft, edit and finalize routine memos, letters, faxes and powers of attorney using standard legal
specimens;
• Assist on special tasks as may be assigned by CLED lawyers and legal assistants;
• Maintain and update CLED specimens, templates and guidance notes;
• Support all other aspects of CLED's activities, as needed;
• Process (including editing, proofreading, and formatting) legal agreements accurately,
independently and in a timely manner;
• Maintain lawyers' project files and official documents processing;
• Assist lawyers with their travel arrangements, preparation for conferences, seminars, etc;
• Proactively handle telephone enquiries and solve non-routine problems;
• Handle requests requiring file search using the Internet, Intranet or Legal Records;
• Handle material of a confidential nature; and
• Undertake ad-hoc duties as may be assigned by the CLED ACS Coordinator.
• In addition, the Team/Program Assistant will be a member of the ACS support team in CLED and
will be expected to assist other legal staff as required.
Selection Criteria:
• Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of experience in administrative support or relevant combination
of diploma and experience;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (essential);
• Good proofreading skills;
• Excellent secretarial and organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure high standards;
• Ability to work independently and under pressure; take initiative in judging priorities and
organizing workload accordingly;
• Effective team player with strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity in communicating
tactfully and effectively with all levels of staff and external clients, both orally and in writing;
• Willingness and flexibility to do overtime when needed, sometimes at short notice;
• Proficient in IFC's standard administrative technology packages (Word, Outlook, Excel and
PowerPoint). Knowledge of or ability to learn SharePoint and SAP;
• Previous experience working with legal documents desirable; and
• Proficiency in a foreign language, particularly Spanish or Portuguese, would be a plus.
Budget and Payment
The daily rate will be determined based on the qualifications and prior experience of the temporary. Compensation is made on an hourly basis at the T3 rate. This is a local, short-term temporary position.
The assignment is expected to begin in February 2025 with an estimated 40 hours a week (not to exceed 1,500 hours for the full contract) and end June 30, 2025. The temporary needs to work in the IFC office in Washington, DC. Based on performance, business needs and funding availability, the assignment could be extended.

RSM US LLP is looking for a dynamic Pre-Sales Engineers (PSE) that will have a primary focus on facilitating the growth of our Business Applications practice.
Position Summary:
The Microsoft PSE drives project solutioning by serving as the functional expert for the Finance function. The PSE collaborates with sales and delivery resources to ensure proposed projects include solutions that accurately address client's needs and appropriately support key client decision-makers. The PSE is responsible for achieving revenue quota made up of the combined expectations of the business development team and practice. The sales territory will encompass pursuits across the nation, and flexible work from home is acceptable, if preferred.
Responsibilities:
* Lead pursuits as the functional architect, prioritizing effort based on maximizing total impact on team, or as directed by Practice Leaders or Sales Director
* Proactively scope the solution required to address customer requirements and gain consensus with the prospect, assesses prospect needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the prospect and the firm
* Secures input from all necessary solution stakeholders within the customer and the firm
* Adapts solutions, as necessary, to ensure appropriate support
* Coordinate with business development and delivery resources to align solution design with customers' business requirements
* Demonstrate the software as required to eliminate any concerns of fit and create enthusiasm for implementing the software
* Provides coaching and professional development for junior resources
* Maintain strong relationships with Microsoft channel team, partner technology specialists, and partner sales executives
* Keep up with Microsoft product developments and incorporate into your demonstrations and narratives. Communicate important product changes to consulting and business development teams
* Assists in development of go-to-market sales strategies and marketing content which will include whitepapers and recorded videos.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience

* Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Sales/Customer & Field Service and Power Platform capabilities
* A record of achievement and technical solution expertise in a comparable sales role

As an intern in our CIM group, working specifically in the excise tax and renewable energy credits group (E/E) you will perform the following job duties which are focused around two core concepts: your technical and quality expertise and delivering excellent client service
Responsibilities:
Assist with tax planning and research, as it relates to the excise tax and renewable energy credits within the following areas:
Federal excise tax (fuel, heavy vehicles, air transportation, manufacturers taxes, environmental taxes, etc.)
Investment tax credit (ITC)
Production tax credit (PTC)
Carbon capture and sequestration credit
Electric vehicles and refueling property credits
Renewable fuel credits
Assist in implementing multiple projects simultaneously, which include client interviews, computations, analysis, data gathering, and coordination of resources
Assist with drafting opinion letters and writing other technical memoranda
Develop an understanding of client's business
Help drive the success of multiple R&D, or federal credits engagements
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 90 credits completed towards a B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent from an accredited university
Travel to assigned client locations is required. Must have access to and ability to arrange for use of reliable modes of transportation to those locations
Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred
