Time and a half overtime. Double time on sundays. Call time, which is 3 extra hours of pay to come in early to shift if called off company property. Health insurance was great and inexpensive
Union seniority prevents growth opportunities and “this is how it’s always been” attitude, resistance to change. No incentive to do better. Lots of forced overtime due to seniority, vacation coverage and turnover.

I thought the pros would be a competitive wage and a good work life balance that has changed for the worse in every aspect
Poor and lagging compensation excessive extra hours, denied vacations and/or time off unsafe work environment, total lack of respect from management and supervision
I still have a pension ( till they decide to take that too)

The employees hold old culture. Not open to new ideas to make the process more efficient
