Pros of working at Cleary Building

Putting up entire product minus few subs. No two days are ever the same. Exercise. Great starting pay, with or without experience.

Cons of working at Cleary Building

New hires with zero experience making as much as employees with over decade experience. Think that sums up companies lack of awareness and appreciation of loyal employees. Company policies are very strict on paper but rarely enforced. Managers/salespeople lack of building knowledge and experience. Not sure if background checks are illegal these days but they’ll hire anyone. Managers not calling previous employers or references for proof of construction experience.
