The training is fair and easy. They give a good work life balance and the owner seems to care about his employees.
HR is an absolute nightmare, they are rude and difficult. They have by far the worst communication skills and hiring skills. If this company had a way to hire people without using their own HR maybe they’d have more employees.
Benefits are amazing and the yearly Christmas party is a nice treat, it really shows the owner cares.
They are looking to grow and want people to learn.
Get a new HR department, we are expanding and when I do catch them working they scare away all potential employees.
This interview process was a disaster. They did not respond to emails in a timely manner and if it wasn’t for my own efforts I would’ve missed my interview with my managers due to HR’s lack of communication.
Low, they should start with a higher starting wage.
