Your Goal
The role of the Production Planner at Cleaveland Price is responsible for planning, scheduling, implementing and monitoring production activities while ensuring assembly schedules, product specifications and deadlines are met.
Your Responsibilities
Develops weekly production schedules and manages them through the production process.
Determines material, equipment, and labor requirements, prepares status and performance reports, and resolve production issues.
Partners with Sales and/or reviews contract specifications, drawings, sales orders, and other project documents to understand production needs and requirements.
Reviews and creates work orders through MRP.
Forecasts lead times and communicates updates regularly with production teams.
Develops a master production schedule detailing tasks and deadlines to meet predicted completion dates. Monitors daily to ensure tasks are shifted or expedited as needed.
Plans, prepares and communicates workflow for Fabrication and Assembly teams.
Drives collaboration between multiple departments to help streamline scheduling and production needs (i.e. Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain).
Utilizes project management skills to ensure resources are allocated and the schedule is maintained.
Troubleshoots production issues, including workforce/resource shortages, machinery malfunctions.
Works with Engineering on DCR processing and drawing improvements.
Tracks shop performance through scoring, working with IT team to develop software tools and apps for performance improvement and communication.
Maintains communication between Purchasing and shop for inventory shortages or problems.
Prepares production processes reports and suggests ways to improve efficiency.
Maintains Master Data in Syspro (Planner Code, EBQ, Batching rules, etc)
Maintain fabrication work centers, resource calendar, shift sequences, and attribute tables needed in Preactor finite scheduling software.
Works on process improvement projects as needed.
Ensures work practices are compliant with all OSHA and ISO standards.
Follows all company and job-specific safety rules and regulations.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Your Background
Associates Degree in Business or related field preffered but not required.
2+ years of experience in related disciplines including production planning, and/or assembly or fabrication work.
Practical working knowledge of lean manufacturing tools and processes.
Demonstrated knowledge of business and manufacturing/production operations.
Familiarity with fabrication and assembly processes and workflow.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints to draft clear and detailed manufacturing procedures.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Access.
Familiarity with ERP, Syspro and other related software, and Preactor Finite Scheduler.

Your Goal
A Cleaveland Price Senior Maintenance Technician will be in charge of performing ongoing facility maintenance and completing repairs in all buildings and on facility equipment and fixtures. About Us
Cleaveland/Price specializes in the design and manufacture of high voltage disconnect switches and switch automation products. The products that we offer are unique in design, and some include patented features. Products have been developed and tested in accordance with IEEE, ANSI, and NEMA standards for high voltage equipment. They are primarily used by investor-owned and public electric utilities and large industrial operations in substation, distribution, transmission, and generation applications.
All company operations take place in a modern 218,300 sq. ft. multi-site facility situated on 20 acres east of Trafford, PA. The facility houses virtually all resources for product realization, including engineering, supply chain, parts fabrication, electro-mechanical assembly, and testing. Fabrication capabilities include laser and plasma cutting, CNC machining, CNC punching, and automated bending and forming. The company also utilizes specialized processes, such as MIG and TIG welding, friction welding, silver and tin electroplating, and silver brazing.

Your Goal
Cleaveland Price is looking for an enthusiastic and perseverant individual with a robust background in manufacturing to join our sales team. The Territory Sales Manager position will be the key liaison between Cleaveland/Price's manufacturing facility and a network of new and existing customers. The expectation for this TSM position will be to maximize sales and while remaining growth-minded to pursuing new business. An ideal candidate will be a resource capable of providing technical advice and counsel to agents and customers when needed.
This sales position is expected to report on location approximately 80% of their time during a standard business week, with an expectation of 25% travel.
Your Responsibilities
Understand and promote C/P product offering
Prepare customer quotations, shipping authorizations, return authorizations, and customer feedback using the CP software package
Develop and nurture relationships with customer base to ensure C/P is supplier of choice
Price products effectively to market positions to maximize revenue potential
Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
Analyze data to find the most efficient sales methods
Travel through assigned territory meeting with customers to address concerns, provide solutions, and generate business opportunities
Develop plans to acquire new customers through direct sales techniques, cold calling, and working through sales agent organizations in their assigned region
Set up and implement presentations with customers using C/P demonstration trucks and PowerPoint
Conduct training for agents in sales techniques and company product attributes
Participate in industry or promotional events (trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships
Gather and monitor competitive data within assigned region by using customer and agent relationships
Report on regional sales results
Forecast quarterly and annual business demand and growth
Prepare and submit reports to the Sales Manager
Address potential problems and provide prompt solutions
Qualifications
Your Background
Bachelor's Degree is required. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
Effective communication skills (verbally, understanding facial expression and voice inflection)
Be an example of Cleaveland/Price in areas of personal character, commitment, organization, work habits, and selling skills
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
Must be proficient and have had experience using Microsoft products including, CRM, Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes
Detail oriented
Diplomatic approach in working with internal departments of CP and across customer base
Demonstrated ability to manage priorities and navigate customer expectations
Physical Requirements
Work may be completed sitting (60 %), or walking or standing (40%) primarily in an office setting
May occasionally be required to lift and/or move up to (20 lbs.).
May be required to climb up and down stairs and walk across a variety of floors materials, including concrete, tile, and carpet
Engages with others within an office and manufacturing/factory setting, which includes navigating in a space with large operating machines, moving vehicles, i.e. forklifts, etc
Standard personal protective equipment (PPE) required while on the shop floor (i.e. steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, and/or other PPE).
