The Project Controls Scheduler II performs complex aspects of individual project estimating, project and task planning, scheduling and change control documentation for large capital projects and other large scale, high-cost strategic projects requiring strict governance. This position supports Project Managers on large capital projects varying in size and complexity. This position requires knowledge and understanding of project control principles, including earned value management, expert level knowledge of various computer applications that provide analytics related to planning, scheduling and risk management; specifically Primavera P6.

Qualifications
Required Education, Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology, Construction Management or related field with 3+ years of scheduling experience (preferably in Primavera P6) or an equivalent of 3-5+ years of scheduling experience (preferably in Primavera P6) in lieu of degree
Excellent computer skills; specifically SAP (preferred) and Primavera P6 (required)
Strong knowledge of leading practices for their practice area
Strong planning and scheduling skills

The Manager - Internal Audit is a strategic partner who delivers assurance, advice, and insights to management, EMT, and the Audit Committee regarding governance, risk management, and controls to mitigate risks to Cleco's strategic, operational, reporting, and compliance objectives. Lead ongoing two-way communication of Internal Audit strategies, priorities and governance focused on achieving operational agility
Act as an internal control resource for management (business process and IT) and determine whether internal controls are appropriate and effective by analyzing specific processes as requested; review and approve changes to the internal controls
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with external auditors to ensure effectiveness of service delivery and appropriate resolution of findings/issues identified; interface with Cleco's leadership and Audit Committee of the Board of Directors
Identify and integrate innovative technologies with current systems and analytical techniques to enhance/streamline current audit processes and reporting; lead process automation and design by identifying areas to reduce routine manual tasks

The Asset Manager-Generation is a Master/Expert level individual contributor professional responsible for overseeing strategic management, maintenance, and optimization of all power generation key assets and assisting with asset management objectives. Create business justifications for capital projects.
Compliance & Regulatory Oversight: Ensure that all assets comply with local, state, and federal regulations, industry standards, and safety protocols, maintaining accurate records for audits and inspections. Asset Data Management: Maintain and improve asset registers, tracking performance, service histories, and key metrics for each asset. Escalate any fuel purchasing and logistics issues to Fuel's management, as necessary.
Provide communication to their manager to provide updates on fuel purchasing activities, and identify risks in delivery of gas supply.

Role Purpose

The Manager - Cyber Security Operations is a Senior level professional with extensive knowledge and experience with cyber security management principles, practices, concepts, and theories. Responsible for the planning and development of an enterprise information cybersecurity strategy and best practices in support of the enterprise's information security architecture. Participate in the analysis of historical data and identify trends to increase accountability and improve decision making for General Ledger, and contribute to the development of reports to effectively communicate insights that can impact Finance and the broader organization
Actively engage in process improvement initiatives to enhance General Ledger service delivery and processes; assist with process automation and design by identifying areas to reduce routine manual tasks
Participate in the integration of current systems (e.g., SAP) and analytical techniques to enhance/streamline current operations
Champion a corporate culture that emphasizes transparency, integrity, safety, environmental responsibility, employee development, diversity and inclusion, customer service, and operational excellence
Qualifications
Required Education, Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration with a Concentration in Accounting
Experience with Financial Systems/SAP preferred
Experience with Microsoft tools and applications required
Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and project management skills
Willingness and ability to learn new technologies on the job
Ability to exercise judgment with little direction/guidance but also knows when to escalate to the General Ledger Supervisor
Knowledge of GAAP, Internal Control processes
Proficient at functioning effectively within a team environment, present ideas and opinions in a respective and collegial manner
Licenses and Certifications
CPA or meets the requirements to sit for the CPA exam preferred
