The Generation Asset Program Manager is an Expert/Advanced Specialist level individual contributor professional responsible for overseeing and executing various generation fleet-wide asset management programs (e.g. cycle chemistry, High Energy Piping (HEP), Flow Accelerated Corrosion (FAC), boiler reliability, Root Cause Analysis, etc.). This role is responsible for developing, managing and implementing comprehensive strategies, programs and long-range plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing resources to achieve program goals. This position plays a critical role in identifying and mitigating risks, optimizing performance, and ensuring compliance with industry best practices/standards and regulatory requirements to ensure the safety, efficiency, reliability, and sustainability of generation assets. The Technical Program Manager-Generation is the liaison between Asset Management, Generation Operations, Generation Services, ECPM, and business planning functions driving data-driven decision making and optimized asset planning and investments for related activities.

Risk Management: Identify and prioritize potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the reliability, sustainability, and safety of power generation assets, operations and personnel.
Technical Expertise: Strong technical acumen and awareness of industry best practices/standards in related aspects of power generation. Provide technical guidance and support of plant operations and asset management objectives.
Budgeting & Cost Control: Develop and manage budgets and fully developed 5-year business plans for program-related activities, ensuring that capital expenditures, maintenance costs, outage plans, and resource allocation are aligned with business goals while maximizing operational efficiency. Create business justifications for OPEX and CAPEX projects with proper consideration of cost, performance, and reliability/risk.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of various stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Performance Monitoring: Develop and implement performance metrics to monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of programs and power generation systems.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate program status, challenges, and successes to stakeholders. Create and provide reports that include key performance indicators, budget overviews for projects in the program, and program recommendations.
Plant Communication: Communicate and coordinate effectively with plant O&M staff, including craft, supervision, engineering, outage management, and planning.
Continuous Improvement: Evaluate the effectiveness of current programs and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the performance and reliability of power generation systems.
Qualifications
Required Education, Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology with 5+ years of experience working with systems related to the applicable programs, or 10+ years of in-depth applicable experience.
Strong power plant operational & maintenance experience with emphasis on technical acumen, risk management and business planning.
Excellent problem-solving, analysis, and decision-making abilities.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
In-depth knowledge of applicable industry best practices/standards related to the programs.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with enterprise asset management software is a plus.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and teamwork skills with the ability to motivate teams and collaborate effectively with other departments.
Comprehensive knowledge of equipment within the various Power Generation systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to communicate effectively with diverse audiences as well as vertically and horizontally in the organization
Proficiency in both technical and commercial aspects of plant operations, with a strong understanding of asset performance, reliability, and maintenance optimization.
Expertise in budgeting and financial management, including both operational and capital expenditures.
Ability to work in a power plant environment, which may include exposure to noise, heat, and other industrial conditions.

Residency Requirements: Successful candidate will reside within 25 Miles of the Mansfield Service Center.
What You'll Do:
* Install and maintain transmission and distribution facilities and all types of line equipment on the most congested types of construction, energized or de-energized.
* Direct crew on a routine basis and exercise leadership and good judgment when in charge.
* Assemble, install, maintain, remove and inspect conductors, fixtures and other associated equipment on overhead and underground facilities.
* Operate cutouts, line switches, re-closurers and other sectionalizing devices; re-fuse line and transformer devices; change line and transformer taps; phase out and/or parallel circuits.
* Work with live line equipment on energized circuits for emergency repairs or routine modifications of facilities.
* Make energized cut overs from old poles and equipment to new or temporary installations.
* Select proper standard drawings and interpret specifications and proceed with all new construction work and live line work without supervision.
* Locate and clear away dangerous conditions and repair facilities to restore and maintain service.
* Place danger signs and/or flares, flag traffic, and place barriers as required protecting the public.
* Operate mechanized equipment required to install, remove or maintain overhead and underground transmission and distribution facilities
* Obtain issue, accept and release transmission and distribution clearances or permits in accordance with established switching and tagging procedures.

The Corporate Counsel is an experienced attorney that provides support across the Cleco organization on various matters. Provides legal advice, counsel and service to internal business clients concerning legal rights, obligations, and privileges of corporations. Drafts and negotiates contracts involving leases, licenses, purchases, sales, real estate, insurance, and related matters. Keeps current on relevant legislative and regulatory issues, statutes, decisions and ordinances. Examines legal data to determine advisability of defending or prosecuting lawsuits, and manages outside counsel. Advises company regarding concerns for risk assessment. May develop, review, or implement company-wide and/or functionally specific training programs.

Responsible for legal matters arising from one or more functional organizations and/or business units, as assigned by the Associate General Counsel. Differs from Senior Corporate Counsel scope of work in that the agreements reviewed and matters managed are for low to medium risk, exposure, and/or complexity projects.
Provide real-time, practical legal advice appropriate for the risk, likelihood of the risk occurring, and potential Cleco exposure across all Cleco business units and functional organizations, including for service centers, generation units, and/or office locations
Coordinate with other in-house counsel to align on broader issues crossing subject matters, state or country borders.
Engage with multiple internal and external stakeholders (business, functional organizations, corporate clients, paralegals, legal support and admins, regulatory agencies and peers) on various legal projects including administrative actions and litigation, to ensure that business goals are met and deliverables are achieved with efficiency, appropriate level of collaboration and communication.
Drafting and reviewing various commercial agreements, working with business clients to negotiate key terms and conditions under confidentiality, purchase, consulting, right-of-way, logistics, and other types of routine agreements.
Engage the proper mix of internal and external resources to manage appropriate aspects of the legal work. This includes identifying strategies, articulating the scope of work, controlling costs, managing outside counsel and meeting deadlines.
Management of litigation, including engaging with outside counsel
Provide legal advice and guidance to business members to insure protection of Company's legal rights and mitigation of risk
Qualifications
Required Education, Skills & Experience
Juris Doctorate
At least 5 years of related experience

Main Purpose:
To perform job functions required and assigned in the fabrication of structural/piping materials per the contract/job specifications and quality assurance requirements/fitting procedures and established ISO/QC program standards. The Welder's job duties are to properly weld structure or pipe to construct a drilling deck. This position is located Offshore in the Gulf of America, formerly known as the Gulf of Mexico.
Essential Functions:
Set and operate welding machine for applicable welding processes
Perform welding processes assigned for structural, pipe, and welding projects
Pass required welding test per AWS D1.1 latest edition, ASME section IX, and API 1104
Maintain quality of welding that can pass NDT testing procedures
Perform welding assignments safely and efficiently, always practicing safety
Operate appropriate hand tools (chipping hammers, grinders, etc.)
Weld separately or in combination, using aluminum, stainless steel, cast iron, carbon steel, and other alloys
Select and install torches, torch tips, filler rods, and flux according to welding chart specifications or any thickness of metals
Determine required equipment and welding methods, applying knowledge of welding techniques
Connect and turn regulator valves to activate and adjust gas flow and pressure to obtain desired flames
Monitor the fitting, burning, and welding processes to avoid overheating of parts or warping, shrinking distortion, or expansion of the material
Expertly welds small, medium, and large structural and pipes of various metals and alloys

The Engineer II - T&D Construction Management is a career level professional with working knowledge and experience in own engineering discipline with emphasis on construction management and a focus on safety awareness, construction, quality field and logistic work. Majority of time is spent in the field supervising construction contractors. Responsible for coordinating and organizing the field aspects of the projects related to transmission and distribution. The Construction Manager works with the project manager to ensure that construction of the project achieves stated project scope and reports to the project manager required work that is not contained within the original scope.
