As Senior Vice President, Products, Dave Brunswick leads Product Strategy, Product Management and Product Marketing for Cleo, driving innovation via the Company’s product roadmap, vertical-market solutions, and key Services offerings.

Asif Datoo Thawer leads Cleo’s global Finance organization and is responsible for the company’s planning, budgeting, and financial reporting requirements. He brings nearly 18 years in corporate finance and business accounting to his role, having served at public and private companies alike.

Vipin Mittal leads Cleo’s worldwide services, support, training, and customer success organizations, which have the overall responsibility for delivering the end-to-end customer experience. With more than 20 years of B2B integration industry and software services experience at such firms as IBM, CoEnterprise, and Axway, among others, Vipin has a proven track record of delivering customer-centric solutions, strategic account management, and a keen focus for building the trust-based relationships that Cleo’s customer success programs depend on.

Sameer oversees Cleo’s global Finance, Accounting, Business Ops, Legal, and Corporate IT functions. With over 20 years of experience in the software and technology sectors, Sameer has extensive management experience in finance and administration, mergers & acquisitions, and investor relations in both public company and private equity (PE) environments. His broad skills base spans financial planning and analysis (FP&A), treasury, corporate development, operations, and business transformation.
