As a 2026 TCDIP Clerk, you will be a part of Stoel Rives Summer Associate Program and will likely work on corporate, litigation, and energy matters for a variety of businesses. Your work assignments may include drafting transactional documents, researching regulations and writing legal research memos, drafting significant portions of briefs, framing discovery requests, and learning the mechanics of closing deals. You may have opportunities to participate in client meetings, hearings, closings, depositions, and trials. Our summer associates also participate in training and professional development programs.
All of our summer associates, including our TCDIP clerk, are each paired with an experienced attorney to provide feedback and guidance on their work and navigating legal practice. Summer associates also participate in social and networking events to meet attorneys from across multiple practice groups.

Mail Room Clerk's process, sort, bind, log and deliver mail
Prepare mail packages for shipment
Sort interoffice and regular mail by department or individual
Log and distribute overnight packages
Maintain mailroom supply inventories
Interact with shipping and receiving vendors
Operate mailroom equipment such as postage meters, mail sorting machines, envelope openers, scanners, mail sealers, and folding machines
Attaching filing fees to court documents
Scanning, binding, and folding as well as copy and fax projects.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Description:
Seeking a motivated and talented individual(s) to validate biographical data by performing accurate internet research. Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social websites and advanced Google search techniques are required.
Roles:
• Candidate will be working from a large Excel document (?40,000 rows) and will record results directly into Excel.
• Therefore, strong knowledge of Excel (filtering, sorting, pivot tables, knowledge of text formulas, etc) are required and experience working with a CRM system desirable.

Requirements:
•Requires a 4 year degree or its equivalent with 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area
• Candidate must be able to maintain daily quota and will be working with team members and without immediate supervision.

Position Description/Qualifications:
1. Effectively utilizes district technologies appropriate to the position and assumes responsibility for attending district training needed to successfully perform designated responsibilities as directed by supervisor.
2. Maintains circulation records for book check-ins and check-outs.
3. Re-shelves returned books in a timely and accurate manner.
4. Repairs damaged books.
5. Works with students to locate materials and find appropriate sources for research.
6. Fulfills requests from teachers and students for materials, equipment and usage of media space. Follows through, by requesting from the appropriate sources, on requests that cannot be met on site.
7. Assists students and teachers in accessing information through the Media Center.
8. Assists with an annual inventory of books, AV materials, equipment and supplies as directed by supervisor.
9. Attends job-related workshops.
10. Facilitates circulation of books, materials and equipment.
11. Maintains the appearance of the media center.
12. Prepares current periodicals for shelving or routing and maintains the back issue collection.
13. Set up Audio/Visual equipment for teachers and visitors, video tape music concerts and other events.
14. Provide technical support for troubleshooting minor computer challenges.
15. Maintains current inventory of supplies and suggests items for acquisition as needed.
16. Carries out other library related, non-instructional duties as specified by the Media Specialist or Principal.
