What Does A Clerk Checker Do At Maines Paper & Food Service, Inc.

* Check-in customer keys and proof of delivery devices.
* Remove empty pallets and returned product from the trailer.
* Upload proof of delivery device and execute drivers scanning summary report for review and follow up.
* Reconcile the cases of product returned by the driver to the adjustments on the invoices.
* Properly assess the accuracy of driver paperwork regarding products that were short or refused by customers during delivery routes.
* Enter credits into computer system to properly correct all alterations to the original delivery invoices.
* Record load condition information from each driver in a spreadsheet.
* Ensure the driver is logged off the electronic on-board recording device (Telogis).
* Put away returned product in the proper slot locations utilizing the warehouse scanning device.

* Maintain strong relationships with drivers to lead a co-operative approach to correcting any encountered errors.
