About the Role
The Fulfillment Clerk role is part of the Materials department, located in Hartsville, TN. This position reports to the Fulfillment Supervisor and does not have direct reports. The primary responsibilities include order processing, shipment coordination, and serving as the liaison between Customer Service and the Hartsville fulfillment team.
Key Responsibilities
* Order Processing & Shipment Coordination: Process customer orders accurately in E1, monitor order status, communicate shipment updates, and assist with scheduling shipments.
* Customer Service Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for Customer Service regarding order status and shipment updates, and handle inquiries related to shipping, order status, and returns.
