Position Description:
This position will be doing a lot of data entry; data entry of pick ticket stubs into DNS screens and serve as backup to Printer room and BOL clerk tasks. Will be working 90-95% in office, but “floor will come to them.” Acts as customer service for warehouse, manage 11 printers w/sense of urgency, be able to quickly navigate multiple computer systems. Will be working in Excel occasionally, but majority of work will be in Deere's mainframe/menu driven systems, DNS (Dealer Network System) and WCS.
Critical skills required:
• Exceptional data entry speed/accuracy plus ability to stay focused and perform work for long periods of time.
• Self-motivated to help coworkers during lull times.
• Excellent customer service, communication and ability to work w/varying types of personalities Administrative background and have experience in a warehouse/shipping office environment and familiarity w/shipping material, DOT regulations and relationship between the two.
• Experience w/inventory systems/tools/AS400 program extremely beneficial in this role; will be troubleshooting through inventory issues
• Attention to detail, timeliness and excellent attendance are key as position is imperative in keeping operation running
