* Assist in conducting the physical inventories of all center equipment and reconciliation of the inventory to property records.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Using guidelines, policies, and procedures established by the Office of Advancement Services, process charitable donations received by the university. If donor designation is unclear, research the donation using available resources and/or advice of the proper development officers for accurate coding and entry. Code gift and pledge entries using established guidelines for campaign tracking, solicitation tracking, acknowledgment tracking, appeal tracking, program and purpose tracking, etc. (40%)
* Research, maintain, and update the Alumni Development database for all biographical records stored in the Advance system. Review and research changes and corrections received by the Advancement Services Office in many forms from many sources. Enter new data, modifications, and changes into the Advance system. Interpret and apply biographical policies and procedures when maintaining data in the Advance system. Review additions/changes for accuracy prior to database update. * Process matching gift forms and claims as they are received from the donor. Previous administrative experience or cash handling experience preferred.
Employee needs to be able to communicate effectively with multiple guests while generating enthusiasm for D&B.
Strong math and verbal skills needed.
Is dressed in accordance with dress guidelines, looking neat, clean, and professional at all times.
Must demonstrate ability to read and communicate in English.
Must have regular and predictable attendance.
Must be able to articulate clear greetings, requests for assistance, and farewells to guests.

Stock in new and used vehicles
Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable systems
Data entry to run check payments
Contact credit customers to receive past due payments
Complete Dealer Trade paperwork
Service and Parts deposits
Journal Entries for postings of wholesaled units
Scanning documents to computer system
Ordering supplies
Filing documents
Trips to Bank, Post Office, Title and License Bureau
Cross-train for reception, cashier, title clerk, etc.
Qualifications
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Some accounting background is helpful
