Start Time: 7am Pay: $18-23/hr DOE Key Responsibilities: * Work Order Management: * Create, track, and close maintenance work orders in the system. * Ensure accurate documentation of repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance activities. * Inventory & Parts Tracking: * Maintain inventory records for parts and supplies. * Assist with ordering and receiving parts; reconcile invoices with purchase orders. * Administrative Support: * Answer phones and respond to inquiries related to maintenance operations. * Prepare and distribute reports, correspondence, and other documentation as needed. * File and maintain records in accordance with company policies. * Scale Clerk Coverage: * Serve as a backup scale clerk when primary staff are unavailable. * Accurately weigh and record incoming and outgoing loads, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. * Field Support: * Assist with audits and inspections in the field. * Check on repair status with technicians and vendors to ensure timely completion of work orders. * General Duties: * Help with light office cleaning and organization as needed. * Perform other duties as assigned to support the maintenance and operations teams. * Job responsibilities are not limited to the tasks listed above and may change based on business needs. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in office administration or maintenance management preferred. * 1-2 years of clerical or administrative experience, preferably in a maintenance or industrial setting. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and maintenance software (e.g., TMW, FleetFocus, or similar). * Strong organizational and multitasking skills. * Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
