Enter internal work orders into TMW Repair Order on a daily basis. Verify work order is complete prior to entry; i.e. shows mechanic hours, part numbers, work description, miles, truck#, vin etc. If part number is not recognized by TMW, determine part number with supervisor and perform other searches prior to requesting a new part number. Informs Shop Manager of any price discrepancies.
File all WO's and outside repairs into truck folders, order all parts for shop and truck sales.
Enter purchased parts into TMW Stock Receipts daily and stock parts bins.
Perform quarterly parts inventory to ensure accuracy. Handle all core returns and paper work.
Communicate between shop and drivers regarding repairs.
Issue and Record PO#'s and provide stock receipts and repair orders to Accounting daily.
Schedule: Monday Through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or As Scheduled
