    RefrigiWear is seeking an Inventory Supervisor. The Inventory Supervisor oversees all inventory control and replenishment functions to ensure accuracy, safety, and efficiency within the warehouse. This role manages the Inventory Lead, Replenishment Lead, and forklift operators while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The Inventory Supervisor is responsible for daily PIT checklist compliance, PIT training, and safety initiatives, while collaborating with cross-functional leaders to support smooth warehouse operations. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Supervise, coach, and develop the Inventory Lead, Replenishment Lead, and forklift operators. Oversee inventory control and replenishment to ensure accuracy and timely product flow. Ensure all forklift operators complete daily PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) checklist sheets, lead PIT training, certification, and recertification. Enforce safety and quality initiatives across inventory and replenishment functions. Collaborate with the Shipping Supervisor to align replenishment priorities with outbound workflow, ensuring product availability for picking, packing, and shipping schedules. Partner with the Warehouse Manager to resolve inventory variances, replenishment delays, or quality concerns. Conduct audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations to maintain inventory accuracy. Education and Experience High school diploma or GED ; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. 2-3 years of warehouse experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role preferred.
