Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., your local Caterpillar dealership, is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our growing team of established and successful professionals. Position Summary: The focus of this position will be to provide Diesel Engine and other mechanical repairs on a wide range of customers from the mining, construction, and paving industries. Cleveland Brothers will provide you with the necessary training and specialty tools to be successful as a technician working for the largest equipment company in Pennsylvania. Primary Responsibilities: Job Duties: The successful applicant must have relevant working experience and be able to operate and maintain all types of earthmoving and construction equipment. The successful candidate must also have good human relations skills and abilities as well as the personality to successfully communicate, and problem solve with customers. Customer satisfaction is of primary concern. Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications: * A strong mechanical aptitude, willingness to learn, a good work ethic and a positive attitude. * Candidate must meet the Department of Transportation physical examination and licensing requirements as mandated by law. * The successful candidate will be required to pass a driver's physical and if in a field service role, all applicable tests associated with CDL and driving a service truck. * Wide range of various working experience is acceptable to the company including technical schools, military background and or job experience. * Work overtime as needed * Service the Washington, PA area As a technician you are required to work in an industrial environment which includes exposure to significant environmental conditions. Cleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., your local Caterpillar dealership, is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our growing team of established and successful technicians. Position Summary: Operate, repair, rebuild, and maintain all types of earthmoving equipment. The ability to independently and accurately diagnose and repair/rebuild inoperative or malfunctioning equipment is essential. This individual will also provide air conditioning repair and service on an as needed basis. Requirements: * Independently and successfully maintain equipment, diagnose, repair, rebuild, and maintain equipment in a field environment * Utilize a laptop computer for information and diagnostic purposes with a demonstrated proficiency in S.I.S. and E.T * Safely assemble and disassemble components and equipment according to the manufacturer's specifications * Accurately complete service reports and provide the details to complete work orders * Work overtime as required * Maintain tool requirements As a Field Technician you are required to work in an industrial environment which includes exposure to significant environmental conditions.
