The Section Manager is responsible for giving technical and administrative support as needed and collaborate with Shift Managers and Maintenance supervision to meet objectives. Summary of Responsibilities: * Assists the Manager with planning effective use of departmental facilities and manpower in providing services to the Butler Works which consists of repairing and upgrading various mill equipment. Utilizes department resources and is aware of outside contracting resources and capabilities. * Maintains safety as the number one objective of all employees. * Administers the planning and scheduling of manpower as necessary to perform the section functions in a timely and effective manner.
