Brian Donley, M.D., was appointed CEO of Cleveland Clinic London on 5th February 2018. As CEO of Cleveland Clinic London, Dr. Donley will direct strategy and operations, guide recruitment and lead the opening of the new 205-bed private healthcare facility at 33 Grosvenor Place in central London.

Since joining Cleveland Clinic as an orthopedic surgeon in 1996, Dr. Donley has held numerous leadership positions within the Cleveland Clinic health system.

In 2008, Dr. Donley established and chaired the Cleveland Clinic’s Professional Conduct Committee, a role he held until August 2013. He served as President of Lutheran Hospital from January 2012 to October 2013. Dr. Donley then served as Chief, Regional Hospitals Medical Affairs and Quality and as Vice President of the Regional Hospitals. From January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2014, he served as President of the Cleveland Clinic Regional Hospitals and Family Health Centers. On January 1, 2015, Dr. Donley began his role as Chief of Staff and Chief of Clinical Operations for the Cleveland Clinic Health System.

He is also a professor of surgery in the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine and has been part of an orthopaedic consultants’ team for the Cleveland Indians, the Cleveland Cavaliers and the National Hockey League Players’ Association.

Dr. Donley graduated from the University of Notre Dame, and completed his medical degree at the University of Michigan Medical School. This was followed by a fellowship in orthopaedic foot and ankle surgery at the Campbell Clinic in Memphis, TN.

Don Sinko, CPA, CRMA, CGMA is a Chief Integrity Officer at Cleveland Clinic and is based in Cleveland, Minnesota. He has worked as Director of Internal Audit at Eaton and Audit Senior Manager at EY. Don studied at Miami University between 1971 and 1975.

James Merlino, MD is the chief clinical transformation officer at Cleveland Clinic. Dr. Merlino returned to Cleveland Clinic after spending nearly five years at Press Ganey, where he served as president and chief medical officer of strategic consulting, and more recently took on the expanded role as chief transformation officer. He was responsible for leading a team that built the consulting division and helped to evolve Press Ganey's client facing strategy to be more aligned around the patient promise of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care built on a foundation of high reliability, including an engaged workforce.

Prior to joining Press Ganey, Dr. Merlino was the chief experience officer and associate chief of staff at Cleveland Clinic. Recognized as an expert in improving the patient experience, Dr. Merlino is frequently invited to speak on strategies to redefine care around the needs of the patient, and has developed and led patient experience programming around the world.

Leslie Jurecko is a Chief Safety & Quality Office at Cleveland Clinic and is based in Cleveland, Ohio. She has worked as Assistant Professor at Michigan State University College of Human Medicine; Vice President, System Quality, Safety, and Experience at Spectrum Health; and Senior Vice President, Quality, Safety, and Experience at Spectrum Health. Leslie studied at University of Michigan, Wayne State University until 2006, and Northwestern University until 2009.
