A caregiver who excels in this role will: * Supervise exercise activities, monitor exercising participants and interact with members to ensure that exercise programs are done safely and effectively. * Create, implement and evaluate incentive programs to enhance exercise adherence and retention. * Assist with the development and instruction of group exercise classes. * Teach participants on class method, purpose and procedures. * Carry out other projects and duties as assigned by department supervisor or fitness center manager. Other Related Functions • Represents Orlando Health through outside speaking engagements to the community and/or media events as assigned. • Represents Clinical Nutrition Department as a participant on task force or committee as assigned.
