Randy Byers has 30 years of experience in project and construction management, design engineering, recruiting and staffing, scheduling, safety, environmental and regulatory compliance for the pipeline, telecommunications, refinery, construction and energy industries. He has extensive experience dealing with governmental agencies at the city, county, state and federal level. He has developed and operated field services companies and has been responsible for the project management and staffing of field projects. He is familiar with ASME, AWS, ANSI, API standards as well as CFR title 49 parts 192, 195 and 199 codes and specifications. Mr. Byers has worked with pipeline contractors, operating companies, as an inspector and as an executive with pipeline service companies. He is a past President of the Pipeliners Club of Tulsa and is an active member in the club as well as the Houston Pipeliners Association, The Pipeliners Reunion, and API - Northeastern Oklahoma Chapter.

Andy Page is an API Certified Chief Inspector at McDaniel Technical Services, Inc. and Certified Chief Inspector at CLEVELAND INTEGRITY SERVICES and is based in Explore Pipeline, Arlington, Texas. He has worked as Director of Application Engineering at Weigh Systems South, Inc; Tempering Supervisor at Guardian Industries; and Production Supervisor at JTPA.
