Under administrative direction, this position provides guidance, instruction and direct supervision to one assigned MST team. Position Summary: As the Assistant Cottage Supervisor, you will provide oversight of programming, leadership, and supervision of all client activities and program staff. You will also provide hands on and administrative supervision including scheduling, training and performance management to ensure a high quality Treatment Specialist team provides the best care to our clients.
