What is a client care representative and how to become one

Also known as a customer service representative, a client care representative is responsible for addressing client needs, queries, and complaints. Their main duties include answering questions about products or services, helping clients resolve their problems, processing order adjustments, collecting customer feedback, and managing customer complaints.

Client care representatives use various methods of communication to help their customers, including live chats, emails, phone calls, social media, text messages, or face-to-face conversations. Other duties that this role encompasses are preparing product or service reports, reporting observations to management, and recommending rooms for improvement in the product, service, or customer approach as a whole.
