CARE client care specialist job description
Real estate is a seasonal business, which means we have certain times of the year that are busier than others. The Client Care Specialist role is not a full-time role by itself (average around 15 hours per week); but there will be times, especially early on during the learning curve of starting a new position and during our busy season, that you may need to work more hours than normal. Hours are somewhat flexible, but you'll need to work every 4th weekend due to contracts coming in every day. There are three other people sharing this role to handle the workload, so you will work as a team to cover for each other when people are out during the day, on weekends, on vacations, or out for illness.
The candidate will also work with his or her own Buyer or Seller clients and accept company-generated Buyer leads to close additional real estate deals to earn extra income as an agent. As such, the applicant must be willing to affiliate with our company only for all real estate transactions. Additional non-commission income can also be earned by completing listing appointments for the team where you are paid per appointment rather than waiting for a successful closing.
If all of this sounds like it may be a good fit for you, we'd love for you to apply!
Thank you for your interest!
