One memorable project that I was involved with was called Revolution on Risk, where we brought agility to the non-IT section of a Chilean bank, specifically involved in the field of financial risk. I also like to visit the clients, so try to get to one of the sites about once a week. As I live close to the subway, I can just hop on a train and get about the city easily when needed. Coincidentally, I have been involved as project leader with the design and layout of the new workspaces. When it's completed, I think it will be pretty impressive.
