Pros of working at Cnsi

Flexible on personal things like come late to office, take a emergency leave and work from home option since people work more than 40 hours and not paid.

Cons of working at Cnsi

People are 90% from INDIA. Pay less and more work. Most of them are H1B VISA who handle 4-state Healthcare project. Very poor communication and no training. One experienced person will handle all no-experience in a Team. 4-state healthcare project are done by cheap labor so the outcome is poor quality since people work more than 40 hours and not paid.

Cnsi benefits

There is no benefit. Everything is deducted from employee pay check. No employer contribution.
