**The Client Operations Manager will:**
This role will work to manage and deliver talent pipeline services to new and existing corporate clients. The Client Operations Manager is responsible for guiding new corporate clients through post-contract onboarding processes and managing client succes and service delivery from end to end through the entire contract lifecycle. National ESOP Relationship Manager

Summary
The Senior Living Community Engagement Manager is a new role designed to educate and engage with our senior living community partners and residents. The Community Engagement Manager will have a designated set of facility partners with whom he/she is on a first name basis, developing deep and lasting relationships. The facility staff experience with Curana, and to a certain extent the patient/family experience, should directly tie to the strengths and success of this role. We strive for exceptional experience, engagement, and retention of our facility partners.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Facility Staff Engagement
Meet with community staff (e.g., Executive Director, Director of Health and Wellness, Director of Sales & Marketing, etc.) on a regular basis at designated set of senior living communities
Identity a “Curana Champion” within each facility and nurture that relationship
Share data and dashboards and highlight areas of opportunity
Report back to Clinical Operations leaders on operational issues you are seeing on the ground
Coordinate and attend facility and Curana Health educational/social events
Act as community liaison between key stakeholders (nursing, sales, wellness, and leadership)
Be attentive to the needs of the facility and communicate back to the team
Patient/Family Engagement
Organize, schedule, and lead patient and family engagement / educational events
Ensure the senior living residents are aware of Curana's service offering and sign residents up for services

**Key Responsibilities**
+ Understands the process required to initiate, maintain, and cultivate key internal and external relationships with medium to large complexity and scope.
+ Lead client engagement activities from identification and opportunity creation to business capture.

The position provides leadership and direction in the establishment, development, and growth of assigned Strategic Accounts within the Industrial Components and Electronics Division. Responsibilities
Lead the charge in the development of a strategic plan and implementation of strategic initiatives for Hyperscale Data Center customers. The focus includes increasing account share, revenue growth, profitability, building and expanding relationships with major stakeholders, increasing product mix, and expanding the Phoenix Contact brand.
Develop strategic roadmaps for assigned accounts providing direction and insight on existing revenue generating locations and prioritization of developmental locations.
Develop intimate insight into the customer culture, needs and supply chain, including key metrics leading to the recommendation of plans, initiatives, and/or corrective actions to provide the highest level of service to the customer's organization.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience in a technical discipline.
5+ years of proven success in Industrial Controls and Automation Sales required.

Proficiency in BASE selling skills and the ability to build mutually beneficial customer relationships.

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. As a Residential Account Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, retaining existing ones, and promoting a wide variety of IGS products. Primary Responsibilities:
Acquire and retain customers by providing an exceptional customer experience, primarily via phone and email communications.
Focus on retention of current customers while generating additional product sales.
Utilize a consultative selling approach to discover each customer's unique needs and recommend IGS residential products.
Build confidence, generate excitement, and maintain interest by using listening and negotiation skills when confronted with objections or skepticism.
Keep detailed records of sales activity via CRM technology (e.g., Freshsales).
Develop collaborative working relationships with other sales representatives and internal teams.
Proactively learn and effectively demonstrate full understanding of current marketing programs and offerings.
Remain a point of contact for renewed customers, ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner.
