Role description:

As a Client Senior Project Manager, you will act as the Governance Workstream Lead on a Project Assurance Office for an 8,000 global site portfolio, where the average annual spend is ~$500M for an Arcadis key financial client. Arcadis' value proposition is adapting the client's business processes to the digital age, giving them performance certainty, control, and transformation within their portfolio - working with the client shoulder to shoulder, as a trusted advisor and implementation partner. The program is managed with strong process & data management supplemented by structured approaches to drive business process re-engineering, digitization, automation, and insights to provide the client with greater efficiency, help them make better, faster more insightful decisions, thereby allowing them to focus on reducing risk, cost, and inefficiencies within their portfolio

Role accountabilities:

* Leading a high performing team to ensure on budget and on schedule delivery of the Capital Plan.
* Accountable for portfolio delivery against contract KPI's and annual objectives.
* Driving service excellence and continuous improvement ensuring alignment across the program.
* Leading an operational team, managing people to deliver the required outputs and standards of delivery, and/or mentor, coach and develop the skills and capabilities of colleagues to achieve program objectives and continuously improve results.
* Managing relationships with key internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improved efficiencies and collaboration across projects and programs and ensure client satisfaction.
* Acting as a technical expert within own program, providing subject matter advice to colleagues within the program, to support successful delivery in line with program objectives.
* Monitoring and reviewing the performance and behavior of all team members.
* Managing and building relationships with client project sponsors/stakeholders to ensure all parties are informed and aware of program progress and are aligned to meet objectives.

Required Qualifications:

* Minimum of 10 years of Project management expertise within a capital engineering environment
* Minimum of 5 years managing a Program/Portfolio of capital projects
* Bachelor's Degree or relevant equivalent experience in Engineering, Project Management, or similar discipline

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years related work experience
