The Role

We're looking for an Analyst Relations Specialist to join a cross-functional team that's responsible for communicating Palantir's work and values. Analyst Relations is a strategic and highly visible function at Palantir, and we're seeking a motivated communications specialist to join our team and work with the Head of AR and other internal SMEs in building out this new function for the company.

You'll have the opportunity to spearhead process improvement of operations related to Analyst Relations and articulate Palantir's unique position in the market, value propositions, and key product differentiators. Our ideal candidate is collaborative by nature, adept at balancing multiple priorities and who exhibits strong interpersonal communications skills. This position requires project management and time management skills as well as a willingness to accept and respond to feedback.
Core ResponsibilitiesSchedule analyst engagements internally and with analyst firms, including inquiries/briefings, advisory days, event sponsorships, analyst roadshows, etc.Be responsible for building out notes as well as creating reports, briefing books, and track customer references using Architect and/or Excel.Provide data on analyst interactions for inclusion in the function's monthly AR status reports to bring key insights and efficiency to the organization and its strategies.Research and explore websites for specific competitive or industry statistics as well as build and maintain analyst contracts database and renewals calendar.Support various activities including managing the scheduled deliverables for Gartner Magic Quadrants, Forrester Waves, Dresner end-user industry reports, and other periodic analyst reports.
What We Value1-2 years experience in software industry working with specialists in Analyst Relations and/or managing a small AR function directly.Background in fields such as Communications, English, Journalism or Media, with a curiosity about strategic Analyst Relations as a career path.Strong interpersonal, written/verbal communication skills and attention to detail. Comfort working with, and understanding, the way engineers approach projects.Analytical, data-driven approach to work, as well as the ability to think creatively to solve problems and secure opportunities. Ability to develop metrics, build status summaries and communicate business and technology insights.Fluent in Microsoft Office. Previous experience with ARInsights ARchitect platform preferred but not required.

- Using the computer system, update and/or correct any patient information as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and orderly waiting area. Perform insurance eligibility as assigned.
- Perform DEMOS as assigned.
- Document Vaccines with registry as assigned.
- Performs other duties assigned by Site manager.
